Welcome

I was drawn to yoga as a unique form of exercise and a practice of mindfulness. Since my first class, the combination of flexibility, strength, concentration and rest left me wanting more. I've been practicing since 2003 and completed yoga teacher training through Tosa Yoga in 2017. Through that process, I grew in my practice and beyond the mat, yoga helped me to be light and to have fun. To feel empowered to learn something new, commit to something we love and to wobble on our mats until we find our center. My mission is simple - to help students form a body and mind connection, and facilitate growth by increasing flexibility, strength and focus.
